CONTACT US   Diane will discuss with you the best situation for your          
    horse for each show prior to entries being due.  Entry          
    fees will be due and payable prior to entries being made.          
               
    Hauling Fee Billed Directly        
               
    Day Care at Shows $65 @ IL State Fairgrounds        
    Charge per day that your horse is at the show. $65 @ Out of Town Shows        
      $85 @ Grand Nationals        
               
    Hay / Shavings Billed at Cost        
    For hay / shavings purchased at the show.  The total          
    amount is divided per horse.          
               
    Hospitality Billed at Cost        
    This covers the cost of snacks, beverages, parties, etc.          
    that are provided at the show.  This cost is divided by          
    horse.          
               
    Cart / Harness Rental

$50 / show

        
    For use of cart and harness for each show that your          
    horse shows in harness.  (Not applicable if you use          
    your own harness and/or cart.)          
               
    Tack / Extra Stalls

Billed at Cost

        
    Stalls for getting horses ready, changing rooms, tack          
    rooms, etc.  This cost is divided by horse.          
               
    Hotel / Travel Expense

Billed at Cost

        
    Costs for staff to go to the show.  This cost is divided          
    by horse.          
               
               
    In order to properly prepare for the upcoming show season, we prefer to have new horses arrive by December 1st, with the exception of weanlings and/or yearlings, which may be scheduled according to when they may show.  However, we always try to be accommodating to the needs of our clients, so please contact us to discuss your training needs any time of the year.
